Yuchen Zheng has recently completed a MSc in Advanced Engineering Material at The University of Manchester, studied about the suitability of using different empirical potentials for grain boundary energy simulation in aluminium. Yuchen is currently studying for his doctorate at LightForm, The University of Manchester, focusing on Modelling warm deformation and recrystallization in (HCP) metals.
